INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PROFESSIONAL CONFERENCE
(PAR International Leadership Conference)
We are pleased to invite you to the 10th PAR International Leadership Conference PILC which will be held on May 28 and 29, 2021 in Opatija, Croatia. The title of the Conference is LEADERSHIP AFTER COVID-19
Traditionally, the PILC scientific and professional conference is organized by the PAR University College in partnership with prestigious international partners. The aim of the Conference is to promote a better understanding of leadership and management in relation to different areas of business, entrepreneurship and education. You can submit your scientific and professional papers within the following thematic areas:
- Leaders and Teamwork
- EU and Global Trends
- Tourism and Sport
- Financing and Investments
- Women in the Business World
- Education and the Knowledge Society
- Entrepreneurship and Startup Initiatives
- Human Resources and Organizational Behavior
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- Digital Innovations and Transformations
- Blue and Green Economy
- New Forms of Marketing and Communication
The interdisciplinary nature of the Conference encourages the exchange of ideas and experiences among experts from the academic and economic system as well as students. The participants are invited to provide new perspectives on leadership in the context of modern business and to present new research from the above-mentioned thematic areas.
The deadline for abstract submission is June 8, 2021, while the deadline for submission of papers is June 25, 2021.
All submitted papers undergo a double-blind, peer-reviewed process after which they will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Papers of exceptional quality will be offered a publication in the international peer-reviewed Journal of Business Paradigms. A special issue of the Journal will publish papers in the field of sports as part of the PASSPORT project.
