• The building has two entrances: central and courtyard;
• Wheelchair access to the building is through a basement to which a wheelchair-accessible pathway leads;
• An elevator is available (there is an illuminated floor number in the elevator cab for the floor reached);
• There are suitable amenities on each floor of the building;
• On the 1st floor there are adapted amenities for people with disabilities;
• The width of the doors in the auditoriums is adequate;
• Marked staircases;
• A unified signage system in the building;

• An outdoor ramp with safety railings for people with disabilities to reach the entrance door of the building;
• The entrance door of the building is equipped with an opening mechanism;
• An elevator is available (there is an illuminated floor number in the elevator cab for the floor reached);
• On the 1st floor there are adapted amenities for people with disabilities;
• The width of the doors in the auditoriums is adequate;
• Marked staircases;
• A unified signage system in the building;
• Access with a guide dog is available.

Library Accessibility

The library is located on the 2nd floor in the academic building at Valērijas Seiles Street 4 and is accessible to people with disabilities:

• The width of the library door is adequate;
• Library workplaces are accessible to people with reduced mobility: reading tables or computer desks can be wheelchair accessible;
• If necessary, library services for people with disabilities are provided individually.
